PD2 is a dual purpose digestive enzyme formula. Firstly it includes calcium carbonate as an alkalising salt.
Secondly it contains a combination of digestive enzymes that work at different levels of acidity in the stomach to ensure continued digestion that can sometimes be hampered when PH levels are reduced.
Recommended Dosage
Chew and swallow one to two tablets after meals as required. Drink half a glass of water (150ml) after swallowing. Maximum dosage six tablets per day.
Ingredients
The active ingredients in PD2 Calcium carbonate, protease (from aspergillus oryzae), amylase, glucoamylase, protease (from aspergillus niger), invertase, lipase, malt diastase, protease (from bacillus subtilis). Other ingredients: Dextrose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, peppermint flavour.
