Questions on returning any products can viewed here.

• TheHappyHealthCompany is committed to providing you with high-quality products. If, for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return merchandise ordered from our catalogue or website at any time within 14 days of your order date, for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. (*Food Products cannot be returned once opened)

• Please return your items suitably packaged in using an insured carrier. We recommend using recorded post. (Should we be liable for your return cost we will only reimburse the cost of recorded post) TheHappyHealthCompany is not responsible for return postage on unwanted or lost or misdelivered items.

• Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount or offer, you will no longer be eligible for the discount or offer if you fall below the threshold to receive that discount or offer because of the return. Original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

• TheHappyHealthCompany cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail location or from any third party. Retail
locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our catalogue or website.

• Please allow up to 7 days to receive your exchange. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

• In addition to our returns policy, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended), customers have seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays), beginning the day after receipt of goods to cancel their purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund, but where items have been delivered, you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

• Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
